1st Place Kelso Champs

Congratulations Timberwolves!!
What a great way to start off the season! Their weekend began bright and early Saturday morning ("4:38am"). Whether it was nerves, first game gitters, bad luck or a lack of caffeine, they suffered their one and only loss to the Riptide 2-4. The loss was enough to fire them back up to beat the Salem Slammers in game #2 and the Bulldogs in game #3. The momentum carried over to Sunday as they beat the Longview Tsunami 6-5, the Riptide 7-5 in the Semi-finals, and the Blaze 6-0 in the Championship game. They impressed their parents and their coaches with their continual hits, heads-up base running, solid defense, and awesome pitching! Great job ladies!!
